Based in the UK, we ship worldwide!
AcouSticks are the world leading manufacturer of DJ lollipop headphones. Made by DJs for DJs since the 1990s! We provide lollipop headphones for DJs and events worldwide and are always happy to help you choose the right item for you via our contact page.
How long will it take?..
The vast majority of our items are bespoke and as such are made to order. This ensures we can meet your specific design requirements. We aim to make and despatch all items within 7-14 days! Please note that personalised designs (logos, lazer printed or painted items etc) are likely to take a few days extra, especially during busy periods.

WARRANTY
All items are shipped with our warranty and guarantee card. We provide a 6 month warranty on all items against our workmanship.
Note we do not cover speaker damage, as we have no control over this or how items are used once shipped, but we will always do our best to help you out on the extremely rare occasion this happens!)
RETURNS
Returns must be in the original package and unused, within 14 days of receipt. Cost of return shipping is with the buyer, except in the cases of faulty items which will be refunded (at our standard rates above) upon receipt of the item in said condition and with our prior approval. We recommend using a tracked service.
Customised orders (e.g. painted or logo designs with your name etc) are non-refundable.
IMPORT CHARGES
Buyer is responsible for all customs charges and duties. (Certain countries may sometimes charge you a fee for importing items into your country). This is not relevant to U.K. or USA. where there are NO import charges due. Please check your own countries rules for further guidance.
